Hope Springs Eternal

As I stare out my window from my apartment I see that the weather for the second day in a row is overcast & dull. Kids from the local high school were lined up to get into the “dep” across the street to get their sugar fix for lunch. Although trees are still green and warm tempts are still in the air, I can feel the coming of fall. Perhaps I speak too soon the first day of fall is some three weeks away and snow at least five weeks away.
But then again there is Indian Summer
