76 Shopping Days Till Christmas

Ok now first it is Thanksgiving week–end in Canada, the holiday isn’t celebrated in the U.S. till some weeks from now. I believe that in some form Thanksgiving is observed elsewhere in the world, although it may not be called Thanksgiving
But I digress. Blessing come in many forms, some small and some large. Good health, family, and a job are huge opportunities to give thanks. So is as well not having to be hungry in the morning is, in itself a reason to offer quiet praise.
We are so busy these days that we are blinded to that which we have.
This week-end after you have counted your blessings, count them again make sure you didn’t miss any.
May your day be blessed with family and huge plates of turkey and grandmas stuffing as well as that Oceanspray cranberry jelly with the funny can lid marks on each end from IGA.
May your pumpkin pie be oven warm, cooled by sweet whipped cream and a hot cup of coffee.
