Dear Earl Jones (note the absence of the word Mister (Mr.,) a sign of respect.

I believe you to be a lepar and a pimple on the backside of society.
You may not be proven guilty of the charges against you, but I know in your heart you know what you have done, you stole the life savings of people who trusted you (including your family) People who had confidence that you would take care of their affairs, present and future. It is my belief that you stole monies from a friend of mine (Linda) and likely her son(Walter John) When I worked with her years ago she used to say “I have no worries, Earl will take care of things.”
You will be tried by a jury of your peers, but await a judgment which you may have not considered.
If indeed you are not guilty as perceived, then it behooves you to come forward.
